Explore the Dunajec and Poprad valleys, with stops for local stories, villages, and views along the way.
ACTIVE JOURNEYS · SOUTHERN POLAND
River paths, mountain landscapes, and the pleasure of seeing a place at your own pace. Active journeys with culture woven into the day.
Let’s plan it
ON THE CYCLING ROUTE
A short moment from one of my cycling tours. Open landscapes, a shared pace, and good company along the way.
SHAPED AROUND YOUR BRIEF
Start with the ideas below. I’ll explain the options and agree the details with you before booking.
Explore the Dunajec and Poprad valleys, with stops for local stories, villages, and views along the way.
Combine mountain scenery around Zakopane, Podhale, and the Pieniny with the region’s architecture, food, and traditions.
Tell me about your usual activity level, preferred daily distance, and comfort needs. I shape the route and discuss equipment and support arrangements.
WHAT MAKES IT PERSONAL
My cycling-guiding work has taken me from Kraków and Zakopane through Nowy Targ, Szczawnica, Nowy Sącz, Piwniczna-Zdrój, and Krynica-Zdrój. The connection between scenery, culture, and guest care is central to my approach.
Good to know. Routes and daily distances are agreed for your group. Weather and local conditions inform the final programme.
WITH MY GUESTS
A few moments from active journeys, mountain visits, and time outdoors.

FROM MY WORK · ACTIVE JOURNEYS

LOCAL GUIDING · ZEPHYR ADVENTURES
As the local guide on a Zephyr Adventures cycling journey, I helped introduce international guests to southern Poland beyond the familiar city sights. The route connected Kraków and Zakopane with Nowy Targ, Szczawnica, Nowy Sącz, Piwniczna-Zdrój, and Krynica-Zdrój.
Cycling brought the landscape close. My role was to connect it with the stories of the region: Podhale, the Pieniny, the Dunajec and Poprad valleys, and the people and traditions along the route.
After the trip, the organiser shared very positive guest feedback and invited me to guide the programme again. For me, the route and the people travelling it were equally important parts of the experience.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Tell me about your usual activity level, preferred daily distance and comfort on hills. The route and pace are discussed for your group before booking; there is no single standard distance for every journey.
Bicycle hire, e-bike availability, sizes and any support are checked for your dates and route. Equipment and supplier costs are specified in the proposal rather than assumed to be included.
Yes. Local stories, villages and regional traditions can be part of the route. Any tastings, meals or paid visits are agreed and itemised where required.
Weather and local conditions inform the final programme. We discuss suitable adjustments and any consequences for arrangements rather than treating the initial route as fixed in all conditions.
A GOOD EXPERIENCE STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION
Share your dates, group size, interests, and anything that matters to the experience.
