SHAPED AROUND YOUR BRIEF

The possibilities.
Your priorities.

Start with the ideas below. I’ll explain the options and agree the details with you before booking.

01

An occasion with purpose

A leadership discussion, a partner meeting, or time with important clients. The purpose guides the format.

02

Hospitality that feels considered

Venue shortlisting, menu planning with dietary needs, timing, seating, and coordination with the restaurant or caterer.

03

Room to listen

A relaxed meal, a host-led conversation, or a short cultural introduction. I discuss what will help the group connect.

WHAT MAKES IT PERSONAL

Quietly organised. Personally felt.

The best planning often happens behind the scenes. I coordinate the practical details so you can focus on your guests and the conversation.

FROM MY WORK

CURRENT COLLABORATION · DETERMINATE SYSTEMS

A smaller table. A focused conversation.

Leadership dinners alongside a networking programme

My work with Determinate Systems also includes leadership dinners. Alongside a wider networking format, a smaller dinner offers a different kind of setting: time around one table and room to listen.

It brings the relationship-building purpose of the event into the hospitality of a shared meal, with my personal approach to the planning and coordination.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Frequently asked
questions.

What makes this different from a general business dinner?

The brief starts with the people and purpose of the conversation. A smaller gathering can allow more time to listen, with the venue, timing and seating considered around that purpose.

Can the dinner be held in a private space?

Tell me the level of privacy you need. Suitable rooms, venue conditions and availability are checked for your date before arrangements are confirmed.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Please include allergies and dietary requirements in the brief. Menu options and the venue’s ability to meet those needs must be confirmed with the catering team.

Do you also lead the discussion?

My standard role is planning and coordination within the agreed brief. If you need a host, moderator or facilitator, we discuss and confirm that responsibility separately.
